For my 3D animation class, we were tasked to create a fully rigged and textured character model that can be used in various animations. This was done using the modeling program Maya. The character design was completed by me prior to class where I was drafting up different designs as a form of art practice for a potential project.
Developing this model required us to learn how to utilize a 3D workspace and go through each individual part of the model to ensure that it’ll work properly when animations start to be attached. My plan for this model as well as others I have in the works is to use these as assets for my Unreal Engine game project that I’m developing.
I've also created this short animated video using this character as a potential logo introduction that I could use for future projects down the line
