As a graphic designer for Perry's Realty and their home construction branch Iconic Custom Homes, I was tasked with creating various designs and posts focused on promoting the offerings of Perry's Realty / Iconic Custom Homes on their social media channels. I’m tasked with developing various marketing materials (including videos, motion graphics, and photo edits) amongst other assets for their social media to help improve their company’s branding. A couple of my designs on social media brought in plenty of potential clients to follow through on doing business with us on their dream home projects!

I also handle the responsibilities of being the company's main website designer where I work in ensuring visitors are able to browse our company's offerings and services on our page efficiently.

Some of the other work I had to work on including developing marketing material such as fliers, banners, sign, etc. to be printed for company events (for example, our company's big financial seminar on Lululemon x Perry's Realty required me to make multiple fliers and banners to help promote the event)
